Textil machine manufacturer: Develop an innovation model that brings methodology to its long-standing tradition of innovation

This project focused on transforming its traditional approach to innovation (effective but intuitive and limited to the creativity of a few) into a systematic one that involved the entire organization. Innovation management methodologies and tools were implemented to harness the creative potential of all employees.
