Manel Ríos del Río is an Industrial Engineer with additional training from institutions such as IESE, the London School of Economics (LSE), and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

With more than 25 years of national and international experience, he stands out as a specialist in driving innovation dynamics across all types of organizations and companies, fostering innovation through collaboration with people and teams, and also, implementing innovation systems. He is an expert in strategic management, deep tech (digitalization, Industry 4.0, AI strategy), and lean manufacturing.

He is the founder of Invintia (an innovation consultancy), from where he works with SME owners and executives, defining innovation strategies and leading their project portfolios. In addition, he serves as an Innovation Coach for the EIC (European Innovation Council, the European Commission’s innovation agency), where he supports and guides startups and spin-offs in scaling up their innovation projects.

He is also an evaluator of R&D projects for European innovation agencies such as the Danish Innovation Agency and Eureka, a pan-European international organization that promotes cross-border innovation consortia.
